  I attended one of Megan's very educating "First Time Home Buyer" meetings. You could tell how much she really cared about the client from day one. She educated me on much more home buying information than I could have ever come up with on the web, or anywhere else for that matter. She had so much patience with our situation (possible transfer) I couldn't have asked for anyone better. Our situation was a little different and she took every situation with prompt attention and communication. She made sure that we were fully taken care of before she made a decision on our behalf. We had excellent communication and she had great communication with our mortgage broker. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a professional Realtor on a personal level. She has since turned into a great friend and I'm so thankful for her help and friendship.

• Review of "Steve Montagna Real Estate" at Southlake

  I recently worked with Steve to sell my house, my land and purchase my new home. I knew selling my house would be challenging and would require a very specific buyer. Steve listened to my wishes for the listing and provided his thoughts and market knowledge. He then hired a professional photographer and personally worked with the photographer to “stage” and take the best pictures. Those pictures were amazing and showcased the house perfectly. His attention to details is amazing. That difficult to sell home was under contract within 5 days!! Steve is a true professional! I was very impressed with his expertise and his honesty. I attempted to sell my house twice before and was very disappointed with the lack of honesty I found in several realtors. Working with Steve was truly a pleasure. Closing on a house is always full of twists and turns. Doing 3 closings in a single day, without a hitch, was truly only possible because of all the hard work that Steve put in. Along the way he asked all the right questions, guided me, followed up with everyone and went out of his way each time to ensure that things went smoothly. He is young, soft spoken, but he is always in control and firm when it is needed to make sure his client’s needs are met. I always knew that he had my best interests in mind through the entire process. Simply put, he cares about his clients and is not driven by commission checks. There is no question that I would reach out to Steve for my future needs and I have recommended him to several people. He knows the business, is reliable and hard working professional.

  Absolutely love LSP and everything about it! Ms. Emy & Ms. Jenny have done a great job keeping it together. The facility is awesome and the staff is made up of amazing, wonderful, & fun people!
